We had leftovers from his mom's birthday dinner, so Shaun turned them into lunch. Unfortunately, there was not enough potato salad left to share, so that stayed at his mom's house, but he made himself extras of a few things.
You'll have to excuse the spelling, you're lucky I know *what* this stuff is! Top is chicken kelaguin (chicken seasoned with lemons & hot peppers called doni?), bottom left is daigo (pickled yellow radish that is redone in vinegar, hot sauce and more doni), bottom right is mango, pineapple & grapes.
