Another F&B Monday Lunch

Now if I am counting right, this should be Monday, December 8th. We only had 3 weeks of school left between Thanksgiving and Christmas breaks.

We did a semi-hot lunch in that I warmed up part of Faith's and I hope that someone warmed up Ben's at his school. I wouldn't have eaten part of it cold, but it was what the kiddos wanted, so they got it.

Faith had on the bottom tier some leftover mac&cheese, leftover breaded chicken and my favorite maple carrots. The top tier has mango/papaya/kiwi, chocolate Goldfish, and pineapples/blueberries. I warmed up the bottom box and she ate it all (she *loves* maple carrots, I have to make an entire bag for the 4 of us).

Ben has similar, but in a smaller box--breaded chicken and mac&cheese on the left, maple carrots, chocolate goldfish and papaya/kiwi/blueberries/mango/pineapple on the right.

I have a couple of more lunches to post, but am missing the picture of Wednesday, December 10th. I was in the midst of my computer crisis and forgot about a picture. I know he had Christmas shaped sandwiches and the rest of the fruit, but no clue what else.

  3. My kids never minded eating things at room temp or cold that I thought should be heated. One child LOVED leftover grilled cheese sandwiches. I would make extras and freeze them. We would pull one out of the freezer in the morning and she'd eat it at room temp for lunch. (Sorry for the comment on the old post but I just found your blog and have been reading backwards!)
