Muffin Tin Monday - A Dipping Theme

Muffin Tin Monday at Her Cup Overfloweth

It's Muffin Tin Monday again! It's a nice change from bento on occasion and give us a chance to play around with foods that just don't work well in a bento box. Last week, we saw a great post that had assorted dips with lots of bite sized food to sample. It seemed perfect for F&B so we decided to borrow that idea and make our own this week!

Faith's tin has 3 dips--store bought garlic hummus, homemade roasted red pepper & tomato, and homemade creamy avocado.

The top row has cheese & chicken kebabs, celery, carrot & cucumber stars, pretzels and vegetable crackers (I found great flavored ones that are HFCS free!).

Be sure to check out Muffin Tin Monday for other fun lunches. There are so many wonderful ideas there.

  5. How do you keep the food from escaping the tins? Or is this just for home use? My big girl would love this, but she gets so rattled when her food "touches."
