This week's theme is the Food Pyramid/healthy eating! Love it, and a really easy one for us to work on. I combined it with a favorite healthy eating plan we use called "Today I Ate a Rainbow". We got our kit in the summer and F&B love using it, it also makes for really pretty lunches, adding a rainbow of fruits & veggies to your meal!
Our rainbow of healthy foods today:
Red - strawberries
Orange - carrot sticks
Yellow - organic applesauce (love this kind, it's peach-apple with nothing but peaches & apple in it!)
Green - honeydew
Blue/purple - blackberries
And a cranberry-pear muffin because I had a 6th slot to fill.
