I was making sushi sandwich rolls today (ham, cheese, chive cream cheese and butter torillas). Since the tortillas weren't quite rolling as nicely as I would have liked, it was kebab sticks to the rescue!
These kebab sticks are actually drink stirrers from the dollar store. They did have a ball at the other end from the flower, but a good sharp pair of scissors fixed that! I actually trimmed them to fit these boxes perfectly.
Ben has two kebab sticks of the sushi sandwiches, along with blackberries, strawberries, carrot sticks, and a sweet potato cupcake with cream cheese icing & sprinkles.
I kind of wish the kebabs wrapped up a little better, they are a bit messy looking. Ben scarfed them down without complaint though!
