5 Simple Sandwich Spins, Bento #4 - Shaped Sandwiches

Day 4 of sandwich spins brings us the shaped sandwich. It might be the simplest idea yet, but there is something about a simple cut out shape to brighten up a lunch. Lots of options are available for these--regular cookie cutters, specialty sandwich cutters like the Lunch Punch, or simple sandwich cutters from the dollar stores and Walmart (we have a dino set from Walmart that is adorable and only around $2). Remember to save the crusts in the freezer, they make for great breadcrumbs and croutons.

Today, Faith has a roast beef and cheese sandwich on the same multigrain bread we've been using all week, cut into a butterfly using a LunchPunch and accented with a wee bit of cheese to pretty it up. Side dishes including carrots, cucumber flowers, cantaloupe and zucchini bars, and it's packed in our Easy Lunchboxes (also available on Amazon).

One more day of sandwiches spins! See you tomorrow!
