F&B have school parties this afternoon, which are more than likely laden with sweets, so we opted for a much simpler bento today than yesterday. The noticeable lack of treats has to do with the fact that I know what my kids are bringing to school (we made zebra nibbles and candy cane lollipops for their classes) along with only a few of their friends (cookies & cupcakes have been mentioned). So we're doing healthier lunch and enjoying the class parties later.
Faith has a ham and cheese muffin from the freezer stash, carrots with cucumber hearts, strawberries, and organic applesauce (from my baking stash, you can switch it with oil) topped with a sprinkle of hearts. Cute, simple, and reasonably healthy. At least until 1:30 today.
