March features lots of fun ideas for food this year--St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Dr. Seuss's birthday, and more.
What could be more fun for kids than green eggs and ham? Just add spinach or other green veggies, or even a drop or two of food coloring! And don't forget coloring Easter eggs or making fun cupcakes--marshmallow bunnies and chicks make awesome toppers. And there's always options for leftover ham, including a simple Cornbread Muffins with Ham that kids can help with.
Hormel bloggers also go the chance to ask Joan Hansen of Hormel some of their top question, and she answered in video form for the readers! What would you ask if you could? I want to save these questions for the next time.
