What could be more fun for kids than green eggs and ham? Just add spinach or other green veggies, or even a drop or two of food coloring! And don't forget coloring Easter eggs or making fun cupcakes--marshmallow bunnies and chicks make awesome toppers. And there's always options for leftover ham, including a simple Cornbread Muffins with Ham that kids can help with.
