Anytime Parfaits - Gluten Free too!
What could be better than a fresh berries, yogurt and yummy cereal? The same ingredients wrapped up in a parfait! During National Nutrition Month or pretty much any other time, these make the perfect breakfast, snack or even dessert!
F&B have loved layered parfaits since they were little, maybe because they look like ice cream sundaes, maybe because they got to use the fancy bowls or glasses, or maybe, just because they are tasty.
