Another Yummy Dinner with Old El Paso Frozen Entrees #NoWayThatsFrozen

Last month, we sampled some of Old El Paso's new frozen entrees and realized how awesome they are for a quick weeknight meal.  This month, we're trying some other flavors and I think I may have found the clear favorite--Old El Paso Frozen Enchiladas.

Now again, we're Texans.  We like our Mexican food and I do cook it, but sometimes, you just want a quick, yummy meal.  Wednesday nights?  I pick the kids up at 4:30 and they need to be at church at 6pm.  A tasty frozen meal is the perfect candidate for Wednesday dinner.

This week, I heated up a pan of Old El Paso Beef Enchiladas and a pan of Old El Paso Chicken Enchiladas.  Each meal serves two and I needed food for F&B and me, so I opted for leftovers instead of not enough.  And since the kids really like the food, it's not like there are many leftovers.  To cook them, it was just 45 minutes in the regular oven, so I got them ready, put them in, then picked up the kids.  Dinner was ready about 10 minutes after we came home!

You can now find premium, handcrafted, Old El Paso Frozen entrees for two in the freezer aisle of your local grocery store. With eight different flavors of fajitas, enchiladas, quesadillas and burritos, these entrees are sure to fulfill your dinner needs.  We're liking both the chicken and beef flavors of the entrees!
