Since Valentine's Day is a Saturday this year, we decided to have a little bit of fun with cute lunches this week! We have plenty of cute decorations for heart shaped lunches, and you can find lots at your local dollar store too!
Ben opted for turkey and cheese sandwiches on whole wheat, cut with a heart cutter and skewered on heart picks. The three sandwiches were approximately one whole sandwich worth of food, just cut into cuter pieces. To the right, he picked strawberry slices, with a couple up top carved into little hearts, and a cutie orange since I just bought fresh ones. The heart container is filled with M&Ms for a treat. He also added assorted snacks--granola bar, yogurt, and cheese. Lunch is packed in our Easy Lunchboxes.
