Just a quick lunch for the boy, complete with favorite foods and elephants because he still likes elephants!
I made him two mini sub sandwiches on focaccia rolls--ham, pepperonis, bologna, two kinds of cheese, mayo, etc. He also took a sliced boiled egg (which apparently has a blue shadow on it), some granola bars, cantaloupe and strawberries. Snacks included yogurt and a cheese stick, probably a few other things too!
