Quick & Easy Cereal Parfaits

What to do on those mornings where you need breakfast and to get in the car in about 2 minutes?

We are NOT morning people.  Nor are we efficient at getting out of the house easily.  But breakfast is important and the kids need to eat, whether it's in the house or in the car.  Since cereal and milk isn't quite as manageable in a moving vehicles, these Quick & Easy Cereal Parfaits are one of our go-to breakfasts.  Easy breakfasts for kids are a must-have!

Even better, they can be made with any combination of fruits, yogurt, and cereal, so you can customize your parfait to each family member. We're currently loving Honey Bunches of Oats® Strawberry cereal for our parfaits. The dried strawberries in the cereal add the perfect touch to other berries in the parfait

You'll Need:
Vanilla yogurt
Honey Bunches of Oats® cereal
Your favorite berries (we had blueberries in the freezer)
A container with a tight fitting lid

How to Make:
At the bottom of your container, place a layer of berries.
On top of the berries, spoon a layer of yogurt. (I used about 3 heaping tablespoons).
Add a layer of Honey Bunches of Oats® Strawberry cereal, making sure to get all three parts (the cereal, the bunches, and the berries).
Add a few more fresh berries if desired.
Add another layer of yogurt and top with a heavy layer of Honey Bunches of Oats®.  We saved one of the big berry pieces for the top center too.
Eat immediately or seal and store for on-the-go.
