Things that make me happy? When my 14 year old still would much rather have something cute for lunch!
She mentioned the other day that she needed a cute lunch because an old friend asked her about them. I'm fairly happy to oblige.
For this lunch, she took a ham and cheese sandwich on honey wheat bread, cut into dinosaur shapes. We debated adding a sugar eye to them but I didn't have the smaller sugar eyes on hand and we were low on time to create a different option.
We had really great fresh strawberries, so she wanted some of those, but with a cute fork, hence the elephant. Since there was one compartment left, she picked a Clif Kids chocolate chip protein bar. Lunch is packed in one of our EasyLunchboxes.
