Another Pasta Salad Bento

The girl is still all about salads for lunch.

We change up her chef salads with pasta salad for variety, and both are favorite options for her.  Pasta salad travels well too, which is perfect for long days.


In this lunch, we made a tri-color rotini pasta salad and tossed it with some olive oil, red peppers, and other seasonings.  Because I didn't want her just to take pasta, I used some leftover diced chicken for protein, along with some shredded mozzarella cheese.  Everything is better with cheese.

To the right, she requested diced honeydew melon, another favorite, and some of the new granola I bought her.  This one is cherry vanilla flavored with dried cherries in it, I picked it up in the bulk bins at Sprouts.  Lunch is packed in one of our EasyLunchboxes.
