The eggs are shaped with molds, you can order them at a fairly reasonable price from Amazon or you can also use ice cream sandwich molds (mine are from Williams Sonoma). Basically, you boil the egg like normal, let it sit for 15 minutes, but peel it while it is still hot. Pop it into the mold and let it cool, then voila, a shaped egg! The other cute ones are just regular eggs cut in half but you can make faces with cucumbers, carrots, red lettuce, etc.<br /><br />Kelly, thanks!
