And we're back. Nana and Dave went home this weekend, so there is a lot of poutiness around here. And to top it off, we had to go back to school. For some reason, my son was convinced that he did not have to go to school which resulted in massive tears and issues for Daddy on Monday morning. Poor little guy.
Slightly different lunches today (well, extra stuff for Faith). Faith had cream cheese & jelly sandwiches shaped like bunnies, a boiled egg, some carrots, grapes, strawberries and a little vanilla cupcake.
Mr. Crankypants had cream cheese & jelly camel sandwiches, grapes, strawberries, a few carrots and a vanilla cupcake. I am not sure if the cupcake made up for the fact that he did have to go to school.

Awwww poor Mr Crankypants! LOL! I am sure the lovely bento will help him have a nice day!
ReplyDeleteSo as someone very new to "Bento-ing", I am wondering how these adorable lunches stand up to your kids carrying them to school in their backpacks and swinging it around. Does the top close tight and keep it in place, or does it just look nice when you make it? Thanks for the wonderful site.
