Muffin Tin Monday - Rainbows!

Muffin Tin Monday at Her Cup Overfloweth

In honor of our "Eating a Rainbow" review and our rainbow bento, we also had a rainbow-themed muffin tin.

I only had the 12 cup tins handy (still at my parents' house), so we did one tin to share.

The kids had:
Red watermelon
Orange carrots
Yellow pineapple
Green celery & cucumber
Blue blueberries
And some lovely zesty ranch dip from a local deli.

Check out Muffin Tin Monday for more fun tins!

  8. @Christy, any kind of mini cookie cutter will work, but I find metal works better than plastic. The ones in that tin are from Williams Sonoma, they came 12 in a little tin for about $8. I don't think they are quite an inch in diameter, so perfect for bite size!
