It's a Bird, It's a Plane, It's a Bento!

OK, it's also a bird too, because I couldn't think of anything cute to turn these biscuits into.

I made a batch of stuffed biscuits (check out Susan at Hawaii's Bento Box for lots of great biscuit ideas) and borrowed Susan's owl ideas to make a little bird for Faith. This batch was stuffed with sausage slices & cheese, because I had leftover sausage to use. I also made a couple of PBJ ones for me, which are so good fresh out of the oven!

Faith has two stuffed biscuits and a mini chocolate chip muffin, topped with a silly bird face (multiple cheese make the eyes & beak, plus two cucumber pieces for the dots). The rest of the cucumber and some carrot sticks hold it all in place. To the right, she has cantaloupe and a penguin pick of bluberries. Maybe the "bird" is a penguin? I have no idea!
