Today, the kids have mini corndog muffins that I made the other night, along with a mini-dipper of ketchup for a dipping sauce. To the side, they had vanilla yogurt with blueberries and sliced strawberries from my Bountiful Baskets this week. I also sent extra Annie's Bunnies, Chobani yogurt tubes and string cheese, figuring they would need snacks for play practice.
Sunday night prep included packing the muffins, ketchup, yogurt and berries. I had made the muffins on Friday, so they were stored in the fridge and just needed to be switched to the lunch boxes instead of the container they were in. Morning prep only involved filling water bottles and getting snacks.
how do you make corn dog muffins. I think my kids would love this in their lunches.
