Introducing Betty Crocker Watermelon Cake & Frosting! #BiteIntoSummer

It doesn't take much to convince us to try out a new cupcake idea! And, with Colorado elevation being somewhat difficult to bake in, we have no complaints at trying a good mix out too.  F&B and I were quite happy to sample the new Watermelon Cake and Frosting Mix from Betty Crocker.

Since spring is right around the corner and summer’s not far behind, it's the perfect time to sample the all-new Watermelon Cake & Frosting -- available only at Target!

And what could be cuter than water melon cupcakes?  The mix is the perfect shade of pink for watermelon with adorable flecks in it as pretend seeds.  To top it off, the green icing made an adorable pretend rind.

Even better?  They are really good!  We wondered how watermelon cupcakes would taste and they met with approval from both kids (and me too, but I just like cupcakes).  We're really excited to check out the other summer flavors, and we'll be buying more of the watermelon one too.
