Do you remember when picking out the prize in the cereal box was just as important as the cereal itself?
My kids love to do that, and Mr. Ben was especially excited when we got an offer to try the new Big G Cereals at Target that come with Justice League comic books in the box! He's a bit of a superhero fanatic and I had known I'd have to buy these anyhow, so sampling them? Sure!
Right now, in specially-marked boxes of Cheerios, you’ll find an exclusive, collectable Justice League comic book featuring an awesome adventure of Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, and the rest of the Justice League. The teacher in me is pro-reading, in any form, so comics over the breakfast table? Why not?
The back of the boxes are pretty fun too, with superhero cutouts. We just need to finish a few boxes of cereal so we can take them apart. Ben already has a Green Lantern cape, so he's wanting the Green Lantern cutouts from the box too.
We're up to 3 comics so far, I think I may have to go buy a few more boxes of cereal too!
