Spring Dinners on the Patio with Old El Paso #NoWayThatsFrozen

It's finally spring in Colorado!

After our Mother's Day snowstorm, we were really beginning to wonder if spring was every going to come.  But it's here now and we're taking advantage of being able to eat out on the patio.  And what could be more perfect out on the patio than quesadillas, chips and queso?

The kids and I decided to enjoy and easy dinner and pulled out some of our Old El Paso frozen quesadillas.  Since no one could agree on the flavors and they are package in individual wrappers, we opted for some chicken and some beef.

The quesadillas can just be microwaved quickly, between 2 and 3 minutes, and are ready to eat, but we prefer to pan fry them for a little bit on each side to crisp up the shells.  Faith took charge of the microwaving for me while I handled the extra frying.  Ben's job was the chips, queso and getting the dishes out.  Within 15 minutes, dinner was ready and we got to enjoy a lovely Colorado breeze with a view of the mountains, along with our quesadillas.

You can now find premium, handcrafted, Old El Paso Frozen entrees for two in the freezer aisle of your local grocery store. With eight different flavors of fajitas, enchiladas, quesadillas and burritos, these entrees are sure to fulfill your dinner needs.   We really don't think you can go wrong with the chicken or the beef quesadillas!
