The husband came home from the grocery store the other day with a package of crumpets. Despite the 7 years of lunches, I can't recall a single one that featured crumpets, so we needed to fix that situation! Ben was willing to help me out on this one.
Lunch includes a crumpet, cut in half and skewered with one of our write-on astronaut picks. I packed blackberry preserves in a separate Easy Lunchboxes Mini-Dippers container, along with a spoon to spread it on the crumpet. He also had a boiled egg, grapes and apples, plus a {non-pictured} container of yogurt for extra protein. Lunch is packed in our Easy Lunchboxes.
