Faith told me the other day that she wasn't in the mood for a sandwich. Oddly enough, I have very little in terms of a freezer stash right now, so we delved into our fridge leftovers for a snack-style lunch.
Rather than take pepperoni or deli meat, Faith opted for leftover chicken diced into smaller pieces. She took veggie cracker and cheese cubes to make little cracker snacks. To the right, she chose a mini orange, grapes and carrot sticks, then she picked a mini watermelon cupcake for a treat. For snacks, she chose a yogurt tube, applesauce pouch and a granola bar.
Lunch is packed in our Easy Lunchboxes, and uses Wilton Square Silicone Cups to separate the main compartment.
