When you don't live anywhere remotely near the football team you actually want to watch, tailgating kind of falls to the wayside.  I mean, it's not like I'm going to head up to Buffalo from Colorado on a weekly basis and the husband isn't much closer to going to Dallas.  So for football season, we're live streaming our games at home and enjoying snacks on the couch.  I'm loving the word "home-gating" to describe this--all the yumminess of tailgating and I don't even have to leave my couch! This week, we are trying out a recipe for Creamy Chipotle Onion Dip!

It's supposed to be a fast, easy way to bring the flavor of tailgating into your home, and we put it to the test!  Onion dip made with Hellmann’s is fired up to the next level with the addition of either TABASCO Chipotle Pepper Sauce or TABASCO Original Pepper Sauce.  Nice and spicy for my husband, but not so overwhelming that the kids and I are drinking gallons of water too.  Plus, you can adjust the spice level to fit your family's preferences.

It's also quick to make.  We went from talking about it to eating it in less than 5 minutes.  The only thing that might take longer is if you want to chill it first.

Want to try #TabascoHellmanns Creamy Onion Chipotle Dip before you make it yourself? Check out this list of local Walmart stores to find an in-store demo near you and give it a try. Pick your favorite dip delivery snack (chip, pretzel, etc.) and enjoy a sample!

What are your favorite things to dip?  I'm thinking a platter of veggies, plus some chips, crackers and pretzels would be perfect!  We tried pretzels, flatbread and carrots on our taste-test round, but we also think cucumber or broccoli would be awesome.
