Easy Peasy Peachy Crumble

Ben has really been getting into simple cooking ideas lately and I'm more than happy to facilitate this.  And since we are in the middle of a move (good-bye Colorado, hello Washington), we're really trying to finish out freezer foods.

I love crumbles and dump cakes and those kind of ideas, so with one last bag of frozen peaches, Benjamin made an Easy Peasy Peachy Crumble!

What You Need:
1 package of frozen peaches
1 package yellow cake mix
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 stick butter, melted

How to Make:
Preheat oven to 350°F
Spray a 9x12 pan with bake spray and arrange the peaches on the bottom in a thing layer
Sprinkle the peaches with dry cake mix.
Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top.
Melt butter and drizzle it over the cake mix.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

As the name suggests, it's kind of crumbly. The one picture up top was the *one* piece that sort of looked like a piece after serving.  We like it scooped out onto a plate and topped with ice cream!

It's also good with pretty much any other frozen fruits, apples and berries especially!
