Crockpot Mango Pork Tacos


Since it's been rather hot in Washington, my crockpot has been working overtime so I can avoid during on the actual oven!  These crockpot mango pork tacos are a perfect light summer dinner, and you can avoid heating up the house.

Just pour a cup of Chi-Chi's Mango salsa on top of a Hormel Always Tender pork loin (we used onion-garlic, but plain works too) and cook on low all day.



Pull the pork out about 10 minutes before serving, shred it with forks and put it back in the salsa till it's covered.

Serve with soft tortillas, more mango salsa, mango chunks, lettuce, tomato, cheese and more!
