We're well immersed into our fall and Halloween snacking and right now, we are in LOVE with Fluffy Pumpkin Dip.
It's the perfect light tasting and yummy dessert and it takes almost no work to make it. And since I already have an everything pumpkin obsession, it's a must-have at our house. We'll be making up an extra bowl for our Halloween evening.
Ingredients
1 can pumpkin puree, *not* pumpkin pie filling (15 oz can)
1 tub whipped topping (8 oz tub)
1 packet vanilla instant pudding powder, dry (3.4 oz packet)
2-3 tbsp pumpkin pie spices, depending on your preference for spice strength
How to Make:
Using your mixer (I used my Kitchen Aid with the wire whip attachment), blend together the whipped topping and vanilla instant pudding.
Add in pumpkin puree and spices, continue to blend until ingredients are well-mixed.
Refrigerate until use, serve cold with yummy cookies to scoop.
Our favorite serving sides:
Halloween Shortbread cookies (shaped ones are absolutely perfect for this)
Ginger Snaps
Vanilla Wafers
Graham Crackers
Animal Crackers
A spoon
OK, maybe the last one isn't quite true, but it's one of those dips that I could simply eat out of the bowl. If nothing else, make sure you lick the beaters.

There a ton of varying recipes to make this, all fairly similar, but this is our favorite.
