It's been a very long, very Christmas-y week! And I am a wee bit tired, so we are going with a very very very simple Christmas lunch. While I have grandiose ideas, exhaustion is starting to set it.
Today we have peanut butter and jelly Christmas tree sandwiches, cut with a simple triangle Christmas tree cutter. I actually LOVE this cutter, something about the simple lines makes me happy. One whole sandwich gave me three triangular trees, with only a little bit of crust left to share with the dog. Underneath the trees, we have pretzels, then a sliced kiwi and some cherry tomatoes to round out the lunch. Lunch is packed in one of our Easy Lunchboxes, and the pick is from Target several years ago.
