One of my favorite parts of fall?
The cooler air which makes it so much easier to turn on the oven and bake, and we do a lot of baking around here. We've been enjoying tons of muffins and cookies and all that good stuff now that we can turn the oven on without turning our house into an oven. Add in a good cup of apple tea (or regular tea for me) and it's a rather yummy way to relax.
We've partnered up with Krusteaz again to share some of our favorite fall products! We've shared with our neighbors too, as part of their "Say It with Krusteaz" program. It's fun delivering a few fresh baked muffins to make someone's morning.
Currently at the top of our list? It's got to be the Pumpkin Spice Muffins and the Cranberry Orange Muffins (pictured above and below). I make a single batch at a time, so about a dozen muffins at once. We love them fresh, so I'd much rather put on a new batch every few days. We also have a great hack to turn the Cranberry Orange Muffins into Cranberry Orange Muffin Cookies.
The kids' other current favorite? The blueberry pancake mix! We actually have a little hack for that too (use an egg or two) to turn it into a waffle batter. We had breakfast for dinner the other night with blueberry waffles and maple sausages. It's one of our favorite fun little family traditions--waffles with syrup, whipped cream, or nutella for a treat, our favorite sausages, jammies, and a movie night. It's extra great on those rainy nights we get.
We're also inviting you to Say It With Krusteaz too! We have a prize pack to give away that is chockfull of goodies for you-- 2 each of Krusteaz Buttermilk, Blueberry, and Pumpkin Spice Pancake Mixes, Cranberry Orange and Pumpkin Spice Muffin Mixes, plus a tote bag, selfie stick, and oven mitt!
