Once again, we are back from vacations and holidays.
As we're getting back into the swing of things, and getting ready for Christmas, lunch is staying a bit on the simpler side. The kids have had a lot of concert and jazz rehearsal, Christmas performance rehearsals, and more. Quick, easy, and healthy is the theme!
In this lunch, Ben has a ham salad sandwich in a whole wheat pita. We found the ham salad in our deli section at the grocery and after adding a little extra mayo, it's perfect! Or since I used a kitty cutout, maybe it's purr-fect? The kitty is cut from a piece of white cheddar cheese using a Cutezcute cutter.
Below the sandwich, I packed an oatmeal raisin granola bar, then to the right, I added pretzel sticks and two mini oranges, peeled and broken up. Since it is Ben, he also took yogurt, applesauce, and a variety of other snacks. Lunch is packed in one of our EasyLunchboxes.
