About half the time, my 15 year old eats like a 5 year old. She's never been a big eater anyhow, and she still kind of grazes all day long.
But, since she has a lot on her schedule with her college classes, I usually make her food so I can be sure she will eat. And finger foods are *still* the way to go with her.
In the homemade lunchable, I went with her favorite items. I rolled deli ham and skewered it with picks, then chunked up some marble cheese (I think it was cheddar jack). To that, we added some green grapes, and a whole bunch of Cheese It Grooves crackers in white cheddar.
Since this is really not enough food, she also took a yogurt drink for the morning, along with a cereal bar, some applesauce, and a small packet of cookies to eat between classes.
Lunch is packed in one of our EasyLunches Snack Boxes.
