Quick & Easy Ham Salad Bento Lunch

Finally back after our holiday break, and very happy that I did take some photos of lunches before the holidays.

Our schedule has been a bit odd lately and lunches have fallen to the wayside.  Don't worry, everyone is still eating! They're just old enough to get their own food.

This lunch was one for my girl.  How do I know?  It's not anywhere near enough food for my boy.  I've had to start sending two lunchboxes with him.

In this lunch, I made a quick ham salad for her, with leftover ham.  I make mine similar to a chicken or tuna salad--just ham run through the mini chopper, mixed with mayo.  None of us care for extras in these kinds of salads.  Surrounding the the salad, we added some crackers and chunks of cheddar cheese.

Above that, she took homemade pumpkin bread, along with some sliced strawberries.  Lunch is packed in one of our EasyLunchboxes.  The larger muffin cups are from Casabella (different colors than are currently available).
