How many croissant sandwiches does it take to fill a teenage boy?
Right now, the answer seems to be three if they are on the smaller croissants and you can cram them into the lunchbox!
While I did manage to cram three sandwiches into his lunchbox, I still had to add plenty of food in side containers so that he had a full meal.
In this lunch, I made three croissant sandwiches on mini croissants. Each one is a combination of deli ham and turkey, marbled cheese, and some mayo. The other compartments hold cheddar Goldfish crackers and grapes.
Since this is not nearly enough food, I also included a yogurt drink, a cheese stick, two granola bars, and some cookies, to prevent starving to death. Lunch is packed in a Goodbyn Hero Box.
