Quick Croissant Bento Lunch

Always time for a quick lunch, especially when the alternatives aren't that great!

My girl loves certain soup days at her college and will definitely partake in those, but on the other days, she needs to bring a lunch, so quick favorite it is!

Since this lunch was definitely a quick and easy option, I used leftover croissants to make a sandwich.  The kids had requested the larger croissants for a change (I typically buy the small ones) so we enjoyed some sandwiches with those.  This sandwich is black pepper turkey, marble cheese, and mayo, on a nice crispy croissant.  I do check all the boxes because I like my croissants crispier.

To the right, in keeping with the simple theme, I added grapes and parmesan Goldfish crackers.  She also keeps granola bars and some other basic snacks in her bag, so I didn't have to worry about sending extra food.  Lunch is packed in one of our EasyLunchboxes.
