Quick Breakfast Bento

Last week, my husband mentioned a few days at work where he knew he'd be extra busy, including gone at a super early hour.  Since I was already making food for the kids, I offered to make him a breakfast or lunch as well if he wanted one, so he opted for an on-the-go breakfast.

Thankfully, I had already planned him needing easy foods, so I had everything I needed for breakfast with very little work on my part, short of putting his food in a container.

In this breakfast, I packed two slices of banana nut bread (no fancy recipe, it was on sale at the bakery and sounded good).  Banana bread always seems nice and filling, so why not?  Since it was breakfast, I added two boiled eggs for protein, along with some grapes and a mini orange for fruit.  I also had bought some of his favorite Greek yogurt flavors, so he added one of those to his bag.  There was also a thermos full of coffee involved too.

Breakfast is packed in one of our EasyLunchboxes.  It's not terribly exciting, but it did keep him full until lunch.
