A Cheesy Adult Lunchable

I actually made lunch last night, so we'd be ready for today.  Then a friend posted that today is National Cheese Day and it turns out that I chose right!

Today's adult lunchable features:

Chunks of two kinds of cheddar and havarti (2.5 oz., 250 calories)

Rotisserie chicken pieces (2 oz., 60 cal.)

Pineapple chunks (1/2 cup, 40 cal.)

Cucumbers with a bit Italian dressing (1/4 cup, 40 cal.)

Total calories for the box are approximately 390 cal.

Still working on costs, but it's about $0.87 for the chicken (I bought a pack of already roasted chicken, stayed tuned for smoking some this weekend when my husband gets home), $0.28 for the pineapple, at most $0.25 for the cucumber, and $1 for the pieces of cheese (again, the less than $5 bin is my favorite place to find new cheeses).  So I'm guessing about $2.40 or so for this box.

This box is an EasyLunchboxes Snack Box again.  They are available on Amazon for $12 for a 4-pack and  still one of my absolute favorites for adult lunchables so nothing touches anything else.  Not pictured, I did put some crackers in a separate small container so they didn't get soggy in the fridge.  I'd like to say they were some sort of fancy crackers, but they were whatever crackers were opened.  Fancy ones will be coming soon once we finish the open items.
