I did a whole lot of pre-prep this week on lunches and the stack of 8 boxes (4 each) made me quite happy to see in the fridge. While my husband's are more similar based on his schedule and location and fridge access, the second set are more of a variety, just for fun.
Today's adult lunchable features:
Smoked white cheddar cheese (1.5 oz., 150 cal.)
Pepperoni and mozzarella rolls (2 rolls, 180 cal.)
Cutie orange (1 orange, 40 cal.)
Green grapes (1/2 cup, 52 cal.)

Box total calories are approximately 422 cal.
For costs, the pepperoni rolls were marked down, so I purchased a bunch and froze them. They are approximately $0.75 for the two. The grapes were on an even bigger sale for $1.29/lb, so about $0.24 for the portion. I usually estimate cheese at $1 because I buy that at the deli cheese counter. The cuties worked out to about $0.27 each. Total box cost is about $2.26.
The box is an EasyLunchboxes Snack Box again. Find them on Amazon for $12 for a 4-pack. I opted out of decorative picks because I was making 8 meals at once and didn't feel like looking for those.
