One last lunch before the 4th of July holiday here! Again, I'm finishing out some of the food in the fridge before the weekend too.
Today's adult lunchable features:
Potato salad (1/3 cup, 160 cal.)
Deli roast beef slices (2oz., 70 cal.)
Baby carrots in ranch (8 carrots, 65 cal.)
Strawberries (1/2 cup, 25 cal.)
Total calories for the box are approximately 310 cal.
For costs, the potato salad is around $0.70 because it was on sale so I bought the favored brand. The roast beef was also on sale, so about $0.66 for that. The strawberries are around $0.45. Carrots and ranch, I've been estimate $0.42 for the carrots, add $0.10 for the ranch. Total box cost would be about $2.33.
This box is an EasyLunchboxes Snack Box once again, on Amazon for about $12 for a 4-pack. I haven't really had much of a need to switch to other boxes right now.
